Sometimes it takes a while to get back to you, especially if we have a busy week, or if your quote requires a detailed response.

We endeavour to provide enough information in order for you to make a decision, and this sometimes takes a while.

We ask for your patience if it takes a few days to get back to you.

QUOTE

Please read this : We cannot answer a number of quotes that come through because the author has said something like "2001 Commodore", or "2004 Mazda Sedan". Requests such as these don't give us enough information to give you a detailed response.

Please give plenty of information about the model type so that we can narrow it down and give you a meaningful quote.

Don't just say Commodore if it's an Omega, or Falcon if it's a Futura, etc. Please be as specific as you can. Most models have variants with different bumpers and colour-coded pieces. It's important that we know exactly which model you require the quote for.

What is the Year of Manufacture, e.g. 2001? The year of manufacture is usually found on the compliance plate in the engine bay. Don't quote the date on the registration sticker as this may not be accurate.

Anything else that we should know about your vehicle? If your car has been resprayed please indicate how many weeks since the respray. We normally ask for 4 weeks after a respray before we install the film.

Quotes

We will initially provide a general quote based upon the information that you provide us. So please be as specific as possible, especially if you have, say, a sports bumper fitted, etc.

Because this is only a general quote we may vary the final quote up or down, depending on other details, such as the location of the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle, any extra parts that you may need, and so on.

Privacy

Don't be afraid to put your name, at least your first name, in the contact info box. All of these responses are simply emailed to our sales inbox and are not kept inside this website or passed to any third party, guaranteed.

If you decide not to proceed with any purchase, we don't hound you through emails. And we never send unsolicited emails.
